Overview
Facade Studio AI helps users upload a building or property photo and generate facade redesign concepts. We only ask for information needed to provide the app experience, process subscriptions, operate the generation service, and respond to support requests.
This policy applies to the Facade Studio AI mobile app and related websites that link to this policy.
Information We Process
- Building photos and generated images. When you choose a photo or take a picture, the app may process the image so it can create facade concepts. Photos may include visual details of a building, property, surrounding area, or other content present in the image.
- Generation request details. We may process the selected facade style, prompt details, request identifiers, timestamps, app version, and technical status messages needed to submit and retrieve generated images.
- Device permissions. The app requests access to the camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select an image.
- Subscription information. Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app may receive purchase status, product identifiers, pricing metadata, and receipt-related status from Apple so it can unlock Pro features.
- Local app state. The app may store basic preferences or subscription status snapshots on your device to keep the experience working between sessions.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we may process your email address, message content, screenshots, and any other details you choose to provide.
How We Use Information
- To generate facade concepts from photos you provide.
- To show generation progress, retrieve results, and troubleshoot failed requests.
- To provide, maintain, test, and improve Facade Studio AI.
- To manage subscription access, restore purchases, and prevent misuse.
- To respond to support requests and important service questions.
- To comply with legal, safety, fraud prevention, and platform requirements.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution needs. Generated request data and support messages may be retained for a limited period so we can provide the service and investigate issues.
Your Choices
- You can choose not to grant camera or photo library access. Some app features will not work without a selected image.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
- You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device, subject to your device and cloud backup settings.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or more information about your data, where applicable by law.
Children
Facade Studio AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date or providing notice in the app or on this website.
